Twelve years ago in South Africa, this started simply: a passion for solving complex IT problems and helping friends get their networks running flawlessly. What began as a hands-on hobby driven by a love for technology quickly evolved. Today, that same dedication to problem-solving has grown into an operation that has helped over 350+ stores worldwide build robust, reliable digital infrastructures.
But as we spent years deploying access points and configuring complex networks, we noticed a recurring problem. Business owners were paying for high-end internet but treating it as a sunk cost. They were giving away free WiFi to hundreds of guests a week and getting absolutely nothing in return. We realised our passion for problem-solving didn't have to stop at just keeping the internet connected.
In recent years, we shifted our focus to bridge the gap between solid IT and actual business growth. We engineered ways to seamlessly connect everyday WiFi with automated marketing. Our goal is to take the mundane, manual tasks of running a business — collecting customer emails, building loyalty lists, and begging for Google reviews — and put them completely on autopilot. Today, we don't just manage your network; we turn it into your most powerful lead-generation tool.

We believe that small business owners shouldn't need an IT degree to run a sophisticated marketing campaign. Our approach is entirely hands-off for you. We integrate our software seamlessly with your existing infrastructure or install enterprise-grade gear like Ubiquiti if you need an upgrade — ensuring your network is lightning-fast and secure without ever disrupting your daily floor.
Local knowledge, not local limitations
We are based in Tunbridge Wells and work with clients across the UK. We know the venues, the broadband landscape, and the suppliers — that context matters when things go wrong at 6pm on a Friday.
We install what we sell
Every system Arty Seven recommends is one we configure and install ourselves. No outsourced engineers, no commission from hardware we push regardless of fit.
Honest about what technology can do
We will tell you when a simpler solution exists. If your requirements do not justify a managed WiFi platform, we will say so — even if it means a smaller project for us.
Long-term, not transactional
Most of our clients have been with us for three or more years. We measure success by whether the system is still working well and delivering value, not by the initial sale.
